Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide!
Shipping Cost: For orders within the United States, a flat rate of $10 USD per order will be applied. However, if you order two or more puzzles, shipping is free for the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to HI, AK, and all other U.S. territories at this time. For international orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout. For International orders, the recipient is responsible for Import Custom Duty.
Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days for US orders. For international orders, please allow 6-18 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.
Order Processing: We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions: Please note that due to the unique shape and size of our surfboard-shaped puzzles, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
